Our vetting process

Engineers picked by engineers, not a resume filter.

Every candidate is selected by a team of AI engineers and CTOs who have done the work themselves, not by a keyword-matching ATS. An organisational psychologist checks for genuine technical and cultural fit before anyone is proposed for a project.

Lyra also runs a training program to bring more women into technical AI roles and into this pipeline.

If an engineer turns out not to be the right fit for a project, Lyra replaces them with someone who is, and moves the original engineer onto another project. Nobody loses their job, their money, or their time.
