Cookie Policy

This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies www.justlyra.com uses, why, and how you can choose. It follows Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and the GDPR.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. We also use local storage, which works in a similar way. Some are needed for the site to work. Others help us understand how the site is used.

2. Strictly necessary storage (no consent needed)

  • lyra:locale (local storage): remembers your language, English or Spanish. Kept until you clear your browser data.
  • lyra:cookie-consent (local storage): remembers your cookie choice so we do not ask again on every visit. Kept until you change it or clear your browser data.
  • Session and security cookies set by our hosting provider or by sign-in, only where you use those features.

3. Analytics cookies (only with your consent)

If you accept, we load Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited. It helps us see which pages are visited and how people reach the site, so we can improve it. We do not use it for advertising and we ask Google to anonymise IP addresses.

  • _ga: tells visitors apart. Lasts 2 years.
  • _ga_<container-id>: keeps session state. Lasts 2 years.

Google may process this data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in its own terms. Nothing from this section is set unless you click Accept analytics.

4. Advertising cookies

We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies.

5. How to choose and change your mind

The first time you visit, a banner lets you accept analytics or reject all. Both buttons have equal weight. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings. Rejecting analytics does not limit what you can do on the site.

6. Your rights and contact

Your rights over personal data are described in our Privacy Policy at /privacy. For any question about cookies, write to hello@justlyra.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

7. Changes

If we add or remove cookies, we will update this page and ask for your choice again where needed. The date at the top shows the latest version.
