When you join the waitlist, we collect the data you enter in the form:

• Name (required)
• Email address (required)
• Profession (required)
• Phone number (optional)
• How you heard about us (optional)
• Your language preference

We do not collect special category data (such as health, religion, or political views). A phone number is personal data but is not a special category.

We use your data only to manage the waitlist and to contact you about the launch of Lyra AI and closely related updates. The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form and ticking the consent box (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time.

We use trusted service providers who act as data processors on our behalf under Article 28 of the GDPR:

• Notion Labs, Inc., to store waitlist entries.
• Vercel Inc., to host the website.

Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell your data.

We keep your data until the waitlist purpose is fulfilled or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If you withdraw consent, we delete your data without undue delay.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your data, and the right to data portability and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email us at hello@justlyra.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

This site currently uses only the technical cookies strictly necessary to load and serve the page, and does not use advertising or analytics cookies that require consent. If we add analytics or marketing tools in the future, we will publish a Cookie Policy and ask for your consent first.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. We may update this policy, and the date at the top shows the latest version.
