How it works

Seven agents, one hire

Lyra AI runs a whole hire as a single agentic pipeline. The brief you give it carries through every stage, and every candidate arrives with four scores and the reasoning behind each one.

  1. 01In development

    Intake

There is no intake form. A hiring manager talks to Lyra in Slack, by voice note or text. The agent asks the follow-up questions a good recruiter would (team size, must-haves versus nice-to-haves, salary band, working style) and writes a structured brief that every later stage reads from.

  2. 02Live now

    Sourcing

Lyra draws from its own talent network, built for women in tech, plus external signal. Every name on the long list comes with a one-line reason it is there, so the manager can cut the list before anyone spends time on it.

  3. 03Live now

    Screening

The first-pass shortlist is scored on four axes: skills alignment, seniority fit, working-style fit and growth trajectory. Each score has a short plain-language explanation and a link to the evidence behind it. The candidate sees the same panel.

  4. 04In development

    Interview prep

Lyra generates interview questions, a briefing doc and a scoring rubric, targeted at the gaps in each candidate's four scores rather than a generic template.

  5. 05Coming

    In-interview

During the interview, Lyra listens and takes structured notes against the rubric, so the debrief is mostly written by the time the call ends. This stage is not built yet.

  6. 06In development

    Scoring

From the transcript, Lyra produces a structured recommendation: strengths, risks, and how the read changed from the screen. It is a draft for the panel, not a verdict.

  7. 07Coming

    Onboarding

Once someone is hired, Lyra hands the new joiner and their manager a 90-day plan and a team-context brief on day one.

Common questions

Which stages are live right now?
Sourcing and screening are live, with a recruiter verifying every match by hand. Intake, interview prep and scoring are in development. In-interview notes and onboarding are planned.
Do I have to use Slack?
No. Slack is the fastest way in and the headline integration, but a web dashboard sits underneath and can drive the same pipeline.
Is a human still involved?
Yes. Today a recruiter verifies every shortlist. The long-term goal is a self-improving matching engine, and human verification is how it learns.
